Conscious Brewing is a solid neighborhood spot run by a husband and wife team who clearly care about what they’re doing. They manage to consistently hit (and sometimes improve on) some of the most popular beer styles out there. I mixed a dark lager and amber for a half-and-half and it turned out surprisingly incredible. Amazing local place doing things right.

Really enjoyed the service AND the beer. There are so many craft breweries with less-than-stellar beer, this is the complete opposite. The Lagers were crisp, the IPAs refreshing (and surprisingly not overly bitter). Highly recommend.

The food was pretty good. I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was AMAZING! Good flavor and seasoned well. It comes with watermelon and Greek yogurt. We ordered LOCO and French Toast. Serving watermelon and Greek yogurt with chicken waffles is an interesting idea, but they didn’t taste cohesive at all together. Also, the watermelon was not very fresh or sweet. The bananas served with French Toast had a caramelized sugar crust - nice and crispy but a little too sweet. The side of bacon had 6 pieces, good value for $4.
Food was served super fast, but the servers were quite busy so we refilled our own water.

This is a very nice hidden gem. A Brewery that has a good variety of the different types of beers and their kegs. I had a Pilsner and it was really good and tasty. There are many games here like Jenga, Darts, Domino and more. The frames as decor are very interesting. There are tables and couches which makes it more comfortable. There is a food truck if you want to eat burgers, tacos, empanadas, sandwiches or more.

It's a nice place tucked out of view of the main drag. I had an amber ale, which was alright. My wife tried the Belgian trippel and a sour, as well as a coconut cream ale. All of their offerings that we tried were good, not great, IMO.

The bartender was friendly and helpful, giving us samples of what he thought we might like.

The beergarten behind the place was pleasant and shady. It is a nice place to hang out.  The food truck had nice smash burgers and empanadas.

This is a very cool place with all the hyped clubs in Miami we deserve a bar like this. If you want to smoke go to the outside patio in the back. Or just step out of one of the huge doors in front. Their beers are not cheap but remember you're drinking something fresh, handcrafted, and quality.

Had to try the New Times winner for best new brewery for 2022.  What a hidden gem! As stated in a previous review, make sure to drive around back.  It truly is a “hidden” gem.  I had the First Tide red ale.  Very nice and smooth.  My husband had the visiting Imperial Stout, Untitled Art, hailing from Wisconsin.  If you are a Stoutie, absolutely delicious, sweet stout. I'll share the good and bad about this brewery. A brewery's main business has to be the beer and the beer was very good.  The New Wave Spiced Amber Ale and the Kronos IPA were outstandingly good. We enjoyed these beers in a beautiful modern tap room that was immaculately clean. I really wish we could have stayed to have more. The problem was the parking. After having one flight, we pondered the uncertainties with where we parked and the conflicting signage out by the railroad tracks and decided we would lose any argument with a tow truck driver if it came down to that. Before we even decided to come here, we researched it to make sure it had parking. A number of reviews said parking was around the back, and that was correct. When we pulled up, we saw vehicles occupying 6 of the 8 parking spaces. The other two had cones blocking them. Across the street, there were 3 cars backed in perpendicular to the street in front of railroad tracks. However, there were signs saying you needed to park in front of utility poles that ran along the tracks. It was close, but it looked like the back of all 3 cars were even with or a little behind the line of poles. Then we noticed another set of signs along the tracks that clearly marked it as a tow zone. The only option seemed to be to ask if I could move one of the cones and park out of harm's way. I parked next to the cars by the tracks and we walked in. The barmaid was very friendly but explained that the boss wanted the cones there for the rest of the day because there would be an event there at night. I didn't plan to stay that long, but it didn't matter. The barmaid said no one could park in those two spaces, but I could park anywhere else I wanted. That didn't help! We also noticed there were only 3 other customers present in the tap room. So why were there 6 cars parked legally outside? And 3 more across the street parked questionably?  It was a slow day at the brewery and this just didn't add up. We ordered a flight of beer, since we were there. The flights are a la carte here, as if we wanted to buy individual sample servings. We enjoyed them but finished them quickly and left because of the ambiguities around parking  Unfortunately,we won't be back, either, after seeing the inexplicable cones blocking potential customers from parking there.

Great place for a cold beer and to catch up with friends. For starters, they have a convenient parking lot right next door which is rare considering the area it’s located. The bar is stocked with a variety of drinks so it’s welcoming for those that don’t necessarily enjoy beer. I got to enjoy the outside seating too. Tons of space and tables plus large fans to help keep cool. Eventually I moved inside because of the mosquitoes but that’s Miami for you. Inside, there’s couches and tables to enjoy as well. I loved trying the beer flight and then decided to get some fries on the side. They have a menu with other foods for those looking to just enjoy a meal. I also saw that they allowed pets which is great for those looking for something different to do with their dogs after work. Important to note that they had normal bar prices for Miami - not cheap but not expensive either. Will definitely visit again!

The vibe at this place is incredible! We had such a great time, it was packed and full of energy. There were live bands and activities going on, and I absolutely loved the backyard and the overall atmosphere. It’s a fun, vibrant spot to hang out.

Just a heads-up, even though there’s plenty of parking, it fills up quickly, so you might need to park on the street, but it’s not a big deal.

Great place. I love their beer, specially Freedom Tower. I've been here several times for Happy Hour, went with the family this time on a Saturday.

Daniela was our server and she was amazing, very attentive, fast and all around nice.

We went here for happy hour that started at 4:00pm. It wasn’t that crowded but as time passed it became crowded. It is a large open brewery and it never felt crowded. It has a very comfortable atmosphere with relaxing music that was never too loud so it is easy for conversations. The AC was comfortable and it was perfect lighting.

They have an outdoor beer garden with string lights and art work, and they have a pool table inside. They also have a large beer fridge that you can take what beers you like home with you. They may not have every beer available to take home that is on tap, but they have a lot of choices.

They offer IPAS, sours and stouts. They will give you samples to try if you are not sure what beer to order or you can get flights to try many of their beers. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. If you want to order food you can order at the counter and they will bring your food to your table. The food was surprisingly amazing.

Parking was free. This place allowed kids until 8:00pm and welcome dogs. What a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Great little hidden brewery is right in our backyard, basically.  Lots of fruit sours, ciders,  beers, and food.  Apparently, there's Entertainment on the weekends, so I will have to return! We recently hosted our baby shower at Unseen Creatures, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The entire experience was seamless — the flow of the event was great, there was zero wait at the bar (which our guests really appreciated), and the food was genuinely fantastic.

Really enjoyed the place. They have very good murals painted on the walls and just a nice vibe. I had the Dopealicious hazy IPA which was really good. I very much enjoyed the wood fired pizza, I chose the pepperoni pizza. If you're in South Florida, don't miss this place. It's worth the drive from any direction. The wings, the apps, the flatbreads, Monday Detroit Pizza Night,  the beers -- all of it is SO GOOD. I'm not even exaggerating. We always get the pretzels with cheese and an extra side of pretzels for our bougie kids. Drinks-- the smooth ops is an amazing seltzer. I'm not a seltzer fan usually, but these are just top notch. They go down too easy. So the truth is, I used to come to this place when it was the prior establishment, Veza Sur. And I used to enjoy it very much as it had a great vibe and good beer. This is my first time going back after the rebranding.

So if you're like me and are remembering Veza, you can still find some of the classic beers that were on the original menu with some new upgrades. I went with a classic, La Rubia, a new addition but not new to Wynwood...and as always it did not disappoint. I also tried La Rubia Picante, which did deliver a bit of a punch in the mouth, so if you like spice this could be a good one to try.

The atmosphere that night was kind of slow, which I actually welcomed because we were able to get a quick seat at the bar. I used to come to this brewery often but I haven't returned in a few years. I came back yesterday when I heard about the block party and it was amazing. I loved that the event was free and there were a few tents offering giveaways. The beers are always delicious and affordable. They did Miami trivia and a Photo Booth section, and they were both fun. It was my first time visiting this place and it didn't disappoint.  The weather was great that night, so we sat outside. Even sitting outside the service did not suffer. Drinks and food were great. We tried a few different beers, and they all hit.  We also tried their Old Fashioned, and it was on point.  I'm picky with that drink, and whoever made it knew what they were doing. The photos show everything we ate.  All was either good or great. There was nothing we didn't finish or felt like sending back.

One of the only reasons why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they ran out of wings.  To be fair, beer and wings pair together all too well.  That really shouldn't happen.

Nice craft beer spot in Miami / Doral.
They offer a big selection of different styles and the beer is good (The flights are a bit on the expensive side though, as far as I am concerned). Plus, there is parking available right in front of the brewery.
When flying back home from Miami, we have stopped there a few times before heading to the airport for a last Floridian beer... :-)

Love ❤️💚💜🧡💙 this brewery . Really so much hoppiness smell on the outside, but when you enter the brewers hop smell isn't there. The staff is kind, observant, and helpful in every aspect. Food is good as well. Love the cocktails, and sours are on point. Come and visit for the beer, stay for the food
