Able Baker is a fantastic brewery settled in the Arts District just north of The Strat. They have a wide variety of home-brewed beers and a great food menu to complement. The staff was super friendly and seemed to enjoy talking about their beers when you have questions. I would recommend a flight so you dont regret missing out on a beer. They also serve their flights on a neat little duck foot shaped board along with a random rubber ducky to collect. The building is neat as well. The seating area is right in front of the Brewing area, so you can watch these masters of their craft at work. Also, nice clean bathroom that I would have no problem pooping in if necessary. The only thing that was a little strange is that their food point of sale and beer point of sale are not connected. You have to do a separate tab for each, but this was not too big of an inconvenience. Highly recommend this place.

This place is a staple for my friends and I. We go maybe once  every 2 months. Nice large selection of brews and the food is top notch! My ducky collection is getting big!

Excellent beers that are true to style. Many beers on tap including several guest taps.  They have a gold award winner @ World Beer Cup (imperial stout) that was great. The IPAs are very good too. Ambiance was great. Didn't try the food but it looked quite good. Root beer was also top notch!

AMAZING!!! We had the brewer's choice flight and two beers after. Each beer was incredible. We also had the pretzel bites and the garbage nachos (I think that's the name). I'm telling you, the best pretzels and queso I've ever ever had. The vibe is great, the service is fast and so nice, and we will 100% be back!

Able Baker is a nod to the first atomic bomb test, which sounds scary… but let me tell you, the only explosions here are happening in your mouth (in a good way). The inside? Industrial-cool meets nuclear lab. Exposed brick, glowing duck signs, and enough brew tanks to make you feel like you accidentally enrolled in a chemistry class—but this time, you’re actually excited to learn. Bonus points for their rubber ducky merch. Yes, I bought one and no I don’t regret it. And the beer list? It’s longer than your ex’s apology text. From stouts to sours to hazy IPAs that make you forget how hazy Vegas already is, there’s something for every tastebud and tolerance level. Get a flight if you’re commitment-phobic—because choosing one is like picking your favorite taco. Which speaking of tacos, they have food vendors on-site, and they change it up regularly. Perfect pre-hike stop! We grabbed a fresh Big Dog’s Salad, a soft Bavarian pretzel (with amazing beer cheese), and a round of house-brewed beers before heading up to Mary Jane Falls. Great food, chill vibes — ideal fuel for the trail!

My husband and I was craving something new for lunch yesterday so we decided to come and check out this place. We wasn’t expecting the outcome of our experience, the server came to our table with a big welcoming smile and the perfect attitude that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was top tier, very welcoming for all ages. Now the fun part, the food….. we both had a bowl of the beer cheese soup and we shared a pretzel. The potstickers(sorry, didn’t get a picture of that or the pretzels the potstickers) Both was delicious. I had gotten the ribs and my husband had gotten the burger. We both was blown away at the amount of flavor everything had. We are sorry we didn’t discover this place sooner. 10/10 all the way around. We definitely will be coming back this place was just too amazing not to. Thank you to all of the staff. We had such a great experience and the hospitality is amazing here.

So for some reason our server Emily S refused to split out check, quoting her “ I will not split the check for 20 people “ there was 10 of us, we needed it split only 4 ways. We didn’t even have time to explain, she just walked away from us. We had to close the check because part of the group needed to go home.
She never came back to pick up the check. We had to go to bar to pay our check. The remaining party wanted to keep ordering drink, but Emily S never came back. The only person to help us from the moment onwards was the bus boy Tristan; he brought us plates, water, picked everything up and just a genuinely outstanding employee. We closed the check at the bar 4:17 pm 5/21/25. Emily passed our table multiple times, and purposely avoided eye contact with our table. I feel like we genuinely did nothing to her, we were initially brought the wrong drink/no drinks. If you would like evidence of the fact of her avoiding us for over 1-130 hours, check the cameras from 3:30pm 5/21/25 - 5:20 pm. From the moment she handed the check to us she never made contact with us ever again.
Lucky Claire F ended up helping us around 5:20, great server she kept asking us ever 5-10 minutes about drinks, and even offered to split our check, we didn't need it split this time. I will post receipts showing times stamps.

Edit: The manger (Josh) took his time to contact me, and hear me out. We talked everything out and I feel as everything was resolved.

Wow and wow, after doing some volunteer service on  remodel project we were hungry and thirsty.

We had Britney as our most awesome server.

She was able to get us three tables for all of my friends.

The beer was cold and good, the fish and chips were delicious.

Very attentive to refills of beer and water and came by to check on us with our food.

Spot on for a large group.

Great food! The flights are good too and plenty of choices. The burgers are oily and juicy and fresh fries. The staff and our server was nice and knowledgeable about the menu and gave us good suggestions to what to drink.
